Refund and Returns Policy

Lord’s Soap & Skin


Overview

Due to the handcrafted, personal-care nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Our soaps and skincare items are made in small batches and handled with care, and for hygiene and safety reasons, they generally cannot be returned or resold once shipped.

That said, we believe in integrity and fairness. If something truly goes wrong, we will address it.


Eligible Situations for Refund or Replacement

Refunds or replacements may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Your order was damaged during shipping (for example, crushed, broken, or melted beyond use)
  • Your order was never received
  • You received the wrong item due to our error

If any of these occur, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (for damaged shipments)

Approved cases may result in:

  • A replacement item (preferred), or
  • A refund to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used soap or skincare products
  • Items that were not damaged and arrived as ordered
  • Natural variations in color, texture, weight, or appearance
  • Scent preferences or personal reactions (including sensitivities or allergies)
  • Sale or discounted items

Please note: handmade products naturally vary. These variations are not considered defects.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered delivered. We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
  • Packages left unattended after delivery
  • Delays caused by the shipping carrier

If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will work with you to resolve the issue.


Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will replace it with the same item when available.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to the original method of payment
  • Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
