Ordering a custom soap or skincare product with Lord’s Soap & Skin should feel less like scrolling a cart and more like having a conversation about what actually works for your skin. No pressure. No hype. Just intention.
Step 1: Choose Your Ingredients ✍️
Browse the ingredient catalog and take your time. Oils, butters, clays, botanicals, exfoliants, essential oils, and finishes are all listed with clear explanations. No guessing games. No buzzwords.
Mark what speaks to you. Circle what you love. Leave notes if you’re unsure. This is your formulation, not a preset.
Step 2: Confirm Your Design 📦
Send your selections back to us, and we’ll review them carefully. If something doesn’t quite make sense together, we’ll reach out and talk it through. Sometimes restraint is the better choice, and harmony matters more than novelty.
Think of it as guidance, not correction.
Step 3: Handcrafted With Care 🧼
Once your design is confirmed, we begin crafting your soap or skincare product by hand. Oils are melted, botanicals are prepared, and everything is made in small batches with attention to detail.
No shortcuts. No mass production. Just careful work done faithfully.
Step 4: The Waiting Season ⏳
Good things take time.
- Cold Process Soap: 4–6 weeks of curing
- Hot Process Soap or Skincare: 1–2 weeks of rest and refinement
We know waiting isn’t easy, but patience has always been part of good craftsmanship. (And yes, it’s still a fruit of the Spirit.)
Step 5: Delivery & The Reveal 🚚
Your custom order arrives carefully packaged and ready to use. Each piece is slightly unique, because handmade things always are. That’s part of the beauty.
